Dr. Donald E. Moore MD, MPH emphasizes the critical need to confront and dismantle racism within the healthcare industry.
Donald E. Moore MD, MPH completed his early education at Evander Childs High School, earning an Academic Diploma with Merit in 1971. He graduated cum laude from Pace University with a B.S. in 1976 and took Biology and Chemistry courses at Harvard in 1975. He then earned an M.D. from Yale University School of Medicine in 1981 and simultaneously completed an M.P.H. in Hospital Administration at Yale School of Epidemiology and Public Health. He furthered his medical training with a General Surgery Residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital (1981-1984) and a Hospital Administration Residency at Montefiore Hospital Medical Center in 1979. Dr. Moore became board certified in emergency medicine in 1995, and over his career he accumulated over 2,000 hours of continuing medical education and held certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ATLS from 1987 to 2004.
Donald Moore received an Academic Diploma with Merit from Evander Childs High School, where he studied from 1967 to 1971.

In 1975, he attended Harvard University’s HCSP program, focusing on courses in Biology and Chemistry.
Donald earned his M.D. from Yale University School of Medicine between 1976 and 1981, gaining a comprehensive medical education.
He simultaneously completed an M.P.H. in Hospital Administration at Yale School of Epidemiology and Public Health from 1978 to 1981.
In 1979, he completed a Hospital Administration Residency at Montefiore Hospital Medical Center.
Donald completed a General Surgery Residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital between 1981 and 1984.
Dr. Moore became board certified in emergency medicine in 1995. He was certified as an instructor in Basic Life Support (BLS) and also earned certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) from 1987 to 2004.
Dr. Moore continues to contribute to the medical community by teaching physicians, medical
students, nurse practitioners, and college students.
